Hey guys!! Wanted to show you my personal ab routine from this morning at the gym. It's about 15 min long and great to do after a hard cardio sesh. The equipment you'll need are: 1 bosu ball, 1 medicine ball (5-10 lbs), and a mat.

1. Bosu Crunches x 20
2. Seated Reach Behinds x 20
3. Crunch to Teaser Leg Lift x 10
4. Ball Crunch Arm Balance x 15

Do this routine 3x through. Beware of #3. They are TOUGH!!! Take your time and remember to always lift your abs and chest not your neck. Have fun! Muahaha.
