Got to check another item off my bucket list! We visited the Sundial Bridge designed by my favorite architect Santiago Calatrava.
The Sundial Bridge is a cantilever spar cable-stayed bridge for pedestrians that spans the Sacramento River in Redding, CA & also forms a large sundial. It was completed in 2004 at a cost of almost $24 million dollars and has been a very successful tourism generator for the city.
